Very Good

Love the peaceful ambience of this resort. The petting zoo was the children's favourite. We used the karaoke facilities and it was great! The adult's pool was also a hot favourite in this trip. Love how responsive the staff are when we request for help. Eventhough we had to change rooms the first night because the aircon was mot cold enough, but the staff attended to the problems quickly and smoothly.

Front office staff need to be more efficient. Our check in was delayed for 2 hours and they almost forgotten about us. Many others who came later than us manage to get a room but we were kept waiting. Had to enquire multiple times about our rooms but was told to wait. Finally after approaching a concierge staff,we finally got our rooms. The lobby could do with stronger fans. As the weather can be quite hot and humid in PD, it was quite uncomfortable to wait for our rooms to be ready at the lobby. Especially when your check in is delayed. Breakfast was so so. The breakfast place was a bit squeezy.

Poor upkeep

The layout of the room.. spacious.

The view from the room. Saw other people's balcony instead of open ocean . Also not very clean.

Stay at Avillion

The staff were very attentive and overall the property was reasonably well looked after. Food during breakfast was nice and tasty. The young chef at the egg station during breakfast was highly skilled churning out beautiful omelettes despite the long queue. Room service was prompt and polite.

The was a cockcroach in my room but it ran out the other door. The toilet flush was not working properly and the noise from the beach was a bit much. Would ensure that I make arrangements to stay nearer to the AVI Lounge next time.

The location, facilities. Good for quick family gateway.

The leaking bidet on the bath tub annoys me. My room had power tripped twice and had to call the hotel to fix it. The adult pool need to be cleaned often due to its surrounding near the pine trees. Crossing from the parking space (opposite the hotel) to the hotel a bit dangerous

Pleasant stay

The hotel had superb and nice stunning view. We enjoyed our short vacay here with family. Spacious room with comfortable bed and big space of bathroom. There is activity for the kids especially the pools and slide. Atv, Gokart, even pet feeding! My daughter enjoyed it so much. Breakfast with multiple choices; nasi lemak rendang and sotong, mee/mehun soto, even got roti canai (typical malaysian). Anyway,we had great time with family for our wedding anniversary. Such a blessed and memorable place to be????

Aircond not functioning but its ok because its happen when we want to checkout. Overall,all accepted coz the staff really helpful. Very limited parking space.

The toilet in the room was a little unclean with a lot of mold at shower door, the shower drainage was very slow. Should provide complimentary mineral/drinking water bottle.

My most favorite hotel in Port Dickson

The peaceful surroundings.

The tumasek beach getting dirtier since my last visits. The beach happened to be my most fav private beach in port dickson , because it was clean and the lightings in every corner of the beach makes it prettier. Please do something to make it clean and beautiful again. Thank you.

Great for a one night stay

Love the idea of being on the water. Cocktail hour was fantastic and wish we could have spent more time there. Huge thanks to the staff member who retrieved my phone out of the Petting Zoo Area....opps

Disappointed that we went to the Over 18 Pool and children were present. Also some guests didn’t adhere to the peace & quiet request for all patrons who used this pool. Rooms could do with a a revamp and a good clean. The wall behind our bed had stains and mould growing. When we went to breakfast we were offered outside tables, which were wet and no staff came to help us wipe down the table or chairs. I sat on a wet seat until we could find napkins to wipe it down.

Avillion"s friendly staff plus the unique rustic feel, laid-back & relaxing ambience & Avi-Spa made our stay as homely & as cosy to its max..will return visit again.

All is good except for premium water chalet walkway area, wooden floor doesnt looks safe. Need to renovate before any accident or injury especially kids.

The whole place needed a revamp. The bed was like sleeping on a hard floor. Needed meet out expectations and nothing like the pictures online. Very disappointing

High time for refurbishment

Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Love the well maintained garden.

Room was full of dust and generally not clean. The bathroom was filthy, moldy and rotted. Yucky!

Everything!

Pillows were a tad too soft, there was no selection of tea in the room nor at breakfast. Kids' cabin can be improved, as it has next to nothing right now. Perhaps indoor play area or books would be great.
